Conditions of warranty

Guarantee

In the event of a defect in the purchased Baby Tiger product, the person who made the purchase ("Customer"), at his discretion, may pursue claims against the seller for non-compliance of the goods with the contract (pursuant to the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code on warranty and - in the case of a purchase made by a consumer in the online store www.babytiger.com - the Act of 30/05/2014 on consumer rights) or use the guarantee provided by 4KRAFT sp. z oo These conditions apply to the provision of warranty services by the Guarantor - 4KRAFT sp.z o.o. with headquarters in Poznań (60-413) at ul. Tatrzańska 1/5, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000378767, NIP: 7811861679, REGON: 301679527 ("Guarantor"). The guarantor ensures that the Baby Tiger products offered by him are free from design and material defects that could affect its functionality, as long as the instruction manual provided at the conclusion of the contract was followed. The warranty is valid only on the territory of Poland and applies only to Baby Tiger brand products ("Products"). The warranty period for the Products is 24 months from the date of issue of the Product to the buyer. On the basis of this guarantee, the Guarantor will remove the identified defect of the Product free of charge by repairing or replacing the damaged part (according to the Guarantor's technical possibilities), in accordance with the provisions of this guarantee. The customer is obliged to report the defect via the complaint form available on the website reklamacje.4kraft.pl. The method and cost of delivery are described in the "Door-To-Door Service" section. In the case of self-shipment of the Product to the Guarantor, the Guarantor covers the cost of the cheapest shipping method, except for furniture which is shipped on the terms set out in point 14. Defects revealed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge, as soon as possible, not exceeding 14 days from accepting the product for service. The time limit for removing the defect (discussed in point 9) may be extended by the time necessary to import the necessary spare parts, in any case not longer than 30 business days. In the event of a possible extension of the complaint order, the Guarantor shall notify the Customer of this fact each time, providing a new date for removing the defect. The guarantor may refrain from meeting the timeliness of the warranty service, if unforeseen circumstances of force majeure occur, e.g. natural disaster, social unrest, etc. In the event of a defect not covered by the warranty, the Guarantor shall charge the Customer with the costs of repairing the Product complained about. In this case, before starting the repair, the Guarantor notifies the Customer about the cost of repairing the equipment and will undertake the repair after obtaining the Customer's consent. The Customer is obliged to deliver the Product in the original or replacement packaging, along with all accessories, if necessary. The Customer is responsible for damage resulting from the use of a replacement packaging or the lack of adequate protection of the Product. With regard to the Products in the form of furniture, the Customer is obliged to deliver the Product only at the express request of the Guarantor. In this case, the Product should be packed in a way that allows safe transport, i.e. if possible in the original packaging, and in the absence of the original packaging - in a replacement, regular (cube) packaging that protects the Product against additional transport damage. The Guarantor reserves the right not to collect the Product if the Product is improperly packed, until the indicated irregularities are removed. A warranty claim for Products in the form of furniture is considered on the basis of the complaint form available on the website reklamacje.4kraft.pl. and the photographic documentation attached to it. If the furniture is shipped by the Customer himself, i.e. prior to the prior instruction of the Guarantor referred to in point 14 above, the Guarantor is not obliged to reimburse the costs incurred in this way and to take any actions resulting from the Guarantee. The warranty does not cover: 1) claims for the technical parameters of the Product, as long as they are consistent with those specified by the manufacturer in the instruction manual or other normative documents; 2) damage to the Product resulting from improper maintenance or the use of inappropriate chemicals; 3) changes in color (discoloration) when the Product is exposed to strong sunlight, contrary to the instructions in the manual; 4) tears, abrasions, cracks in the fabric / plastic resulting from the customer's fault; 5) deterioration of the product quality caused by the normal wear process and the natural wear of consumables; 6) Products that have been used no

Door-to-door service

As part of the warranty referred to in the "Warranty" section, the Customer may, at his own discretion, use the Door-To-Door (D2D) service in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Door-To-Door Service (D2D) means a door-to-door service. It is a type of service consisting in completely free handling of the transport of a defective Product reported under the warranty from the Customer's door to the service and back (at the Guarantor's expense). The courier collects the Product and delivers it to the Guarantor's authorized service center. The improved or replaced Product will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer. The Guarantor collects the Product from any place in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Door-To-Door (D2D) service applies to Kinderkraft Products and is valid for the entire Warranty period. The Door-To_Door service does not apply to Products in the form of furniture. The rules for returning this category of Products are set out in points 14-15 above.

Final ProvisionsThe rules for the processing of the Customer's personal data as part of the warranty service are set out in the Privacy Policy. By completing the complaint form, the Customer gets acquainted with the information clause. These warranty conditions are complementary to the Customer's rights to 4KRAFT sp. Z o.o .. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer's rights under the provisions on the warranty for defects in the sold item
